Leveraging the power of the unique asset class

Since inception, we've offered over $700m in blue chip contemporary art investments, exemplifying not only the success of our strategy, but the favorable performance of this asset class.

How it works

1

We select the artists

Our research team uses our proprietary data to determine which artist markets have the most momentum.

2

We purchase the art

Our acquisitions team locates what we believe is a good piece, at a fair price, and we purchase the work.

3

We securitize the artwork

We file an offering circular with the Securities and Exchange Commission allowing anyone to invest.

4.1

Our private sales team sells the painting

Operating out of a separate gallery space, our private sales team interfaces with the top collectors in the art market to sell works directly to them

4.2

Sell your shares on the trading market*

You have the option to seek to sell your shares on our trading market.

* We cannot assure you that the Trading Market will provide enough liquidity, a reliable or effective means of monetizing your investment or valuing your shares

4.3

We hold the artwork 3‑10 yrs

Wait until we sell the painting to receive your pro rata proceeds, after our fees.

Less than 3% of artworks pass our diligence process

Investment Process

Oriental Art Invest focuses on acquiring works by contemporary artists who exhibit attractive investment characteristics. The artists are identified by the research team using data analytics built on top of its proprietary database.

Works by those artists are then sourced via our acquisitions team, a group with decades of art market transaction and diligence experience. Oriental Art Invest maintains a buy and hold approach, selling opportunistically in order to increase returns for investors.
